I have had two experiences lately with Comfort heating and Air that I am so grateful for. Demetrio is a superb technician - professional, experienced and very smart. He was my first experience when he came out quickly after a call and got my A/C running. Today I had a new unit put in and I could not believe how smoothly everything went. The total time it took for installation was 2 1/2 hours for a 4 ton Trane Heating and A/C unit. Antonio and his partner were most courteous, clean, pleasant and above all - EXPERIENCED! John Ramani was quick, almost immediately, to get a Technician. to our home once we called him this morning. Demetri quickly found the issue with our furnace, got the part, installed it and now we are so pleased with the workmanship and the price. All of the was a matter of just a few hours from initial call to problem solved. John is the ONLY one that we call for any of our HVAC issues and we refer him and his company to MANY.
