The service tech was also down to earth, friendly and very knowledgeable. I totally trusted their recommendations and assessment (especially since I live in an apartment and it's unlikely they'll get the job). I called 5 other companies who didn’t have the part and couldn’t even send a tech to diagnose the issue for at least 24-48 hours. His price came in lower than the competition as well!
